Value Strategy – Uber

Values play a key role in strategy.

The larger a company gets the more clear they have to become about not only their values but their value proposition as well.

Today’s news shows where values can create a personal (internal) and public (external) conflict for a company.

There are many ways to view this story.

  • One way is to say that Jeff has integrity
  • Another way is to view it that Jeff felt slighted that someone would come in above him

Both are valid perceptions.
