Week 43: Are You Ready For 2019?

It really isn’t that far away.

Did you achieve your goals and/or targets for the year?

Did you even set goals and/or targets?

It is easy to forget to celebrate the successes. If you set something and achieved it – did you actually celebrate it?

Or did you minimize it?

Minimizing successes is extremely toxic. It creates an environment where we never fully enjoy what we set out to do. We just end up moving from one thing to the next.

Here’s one of my tips. Everytime you achieve a major goal take a minimum of one-hour to celebrate the achievement and take time to thank the people that made it go from an idea to reality.

Eventually, turn this into a full day celebration.

You’ll find that breaking up the moving from one thing to another will bring you more joy.
