Self-care will be one of the biggest drivers of your business growth.
The biggest mistake I see people make and I used to make as well is not prioritizing self-care.
What do I mean by this?
Don’t let self-care be something that you do once a month, or even once a week.
Self-care needs to be integrated on a daily basis.
What is self-care?
Well, that’s really up to you.
For me it tends to be golf, journaling, meditation, spending time with friends, and enjoying a cup of earl grey.
These are things I try to do on a daily basis.
After I’ve done one of these there is an immediate benefit – positive energy.
I feel positive after all of these. Even if it is a bad shot in golf, I’m still golfing.
